No, glue isn't included in the set, so you can choose what suits you: adhesive tabs, which need no lamp and are ideal if you like to switch often, or solid gel glue for a stronger hold. The gel glue does need to be cured with a UV/LED lamp. You'll find everything under accessories.

Can I reuse the nails?

Yes. Remove them gently (never peel), clean the inside and keep them in their box. With fresh adhesive tabs you can wear them again.
