Shipping Policy
All our sets are handmade to order in The Netherlands. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Custom orders may take up to 7 days because perfection takes time!

Returns & Refunds
14-Day Cool-off Period
Changed your mind? No problem! You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
However, because our products are personal care items, we can only accept returns if the hygiene seal is intact and the packaging is unopened.
How to Return
- Email us at hello@popink.nl to let us know.
- Ship the items back to us (return shipping costs are for your account).
- We will refund your payment within 14 days of being informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Oops! Did we mess up? If you received the wrong set or if items arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
- Take clear photos of the damage/wrong item.
- Email us at hello@popink.nl with your order number.
- We will arrange a replacement ASAP or issue a full refund.
Where's my order?
We don't have a live tracker here, but keep an eye on your inbox! You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your claws leave our studio.
