Shipping Policy

All our sets are handmade to order in The Netherlands. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Custom orders may take up to 7 days because perfection takes time!

Returns & Refunds

14-Day Cool-off Period

Changed your mind? No problem! You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

However, because our products are personal care items, we can only accept returns if the hygiene seal is intact and the packaging is unopened.

How to Return

  • Email us at hello@popink.com to let us know.
  • Ship the items back to us (return shipping costs are for your account).
  • Once we receive and inspect the goods, we'll refund your original payment within 14 days.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Oops! Did we mess up? If you received the wrong set or if items arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Take clear photos of the damage/wrong item.
  • Email us at hello@popink.com with your order number.
  • We will arrange a replacement ASAP or issue a full refund.
Sizing Issues: We are not responsible if the wrong size is ordered. Please use our Sizing Guide or purchase a Sizing Kit to ensure the perfect fit before ordering a full set.

Where's my order?

We don't have a live tracker here, but keep an eye on your inbox! You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your claws leave our studio.
