Welcome to Popink. By accessing our website and purchasing our killer press-on nails, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access the website or use any services.
2. Products & Services
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
Handmade Nature: Please note that because our nails are hand-painted, slight variations may occur. This makes your set uniquely yours!
3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We are not responsible for packages once they have been scanned by the carrier. However, if your package goes missing in the void (a.k.a lost in transit), reach out to us and we'll do our best to help you track it down or find a solution.
5. User Comments & Feedback
If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.
Basically, if you tell us "make neon green slime nails" and we do it, you can't sue us for stealing your idea. But we'll probably send you a free set.
