# Popink

> Popink is een Nederlandse webshop voor press-on nagels. Wij verkopen kwalitatieve, kant-en-klare kunstnagels die je thuis eenvoudig zelf kunt aanbrengen — zonder salon. Met plaktabs heb je geen UV-lamp nodig; UV-geltabs en vaste gellijm hard je uit onder een UV/LED-lamp. Ons assortiment omvat trendy sets voor elke gelegenheid: van alledaags tot feestelijk.

Popink biedt een breed aanbod aan press-on nagels in diverse maten, vormen en designs. Alle sets zijn handgemaakt en herbruikbaar bij goede verzorging. Lijm en plaktabs zijn niet inbegrepen en worden apart verkocht in Accessoires. De webshop is primair Nederlandstalig en levert in Nederland, België, Duitsland en de rest van de EU; op werkdagen binnen 24 uur verzonden.

Q: Hoe lang gaan Popink nagels mee?
A: Dat hangt af van je aanbrengen methode! Met sticky tabs (perfect voor een avondje uit) blijven ze 1-2 dagen zitten. Als je onze nagellijm gebruikt en de prep guide goed volgt, kunnen ze 2-3 weken blijven zitten. We hebben het over sportschool-bestendig, typ-bestendig en leven-bestendig.

Q: Zijn ze herbruikbaar?
A: Ja! Als je sticky tabs gebruikt, kun je ze oneindig hergebruiken. Als je lijm gebruikt, kun je de gedroogde lijm van de achterkant van de press-on vijlen met een vijl of e-file om ze opnieuw te gebruiken. Behandel ze goed, en ze blijven plakken.

Q: Hoe weet ik mijn maat?
A: Meet je natuurlijke nagels met tape en een liniaal volgens onze Maatgids. Sets zijn verkrijgbaar in de maten XS-L.

Q: Verzenden jullie internationaal?
A: We verzenden momenteel naar Nederland en de meeste EU-landen. We werken eraan om binnenkort onze reikwijdte te vergroten. Bekijk onze Verzendpagina voor specifieke tarieven.

Q: Kan ik mijn bestelling annuleren of wijzigen?
A: We verwerken bestellingen sneller dan een speedrun. Als je wijzigingen wilt aanbrengen, e-mail ons op hello@popink.nl binnen 1 uur na het plaatsen van je bestelling. Daarna is het misschien al ingepakt!

Q: Hoe lang duurt de verzending?
A: We verzenden bestellingen op werkdagen binnen 24 uur. Daarna duurt de bezorging in Nederland 1–2 werkdagen, naar Duitsland en België 3–7 werkdagen en naar de rest van de EU 3–7 werkdagen.

Q: Naar welke landen verzenden jullie?

Q: Wat is jullie retourbeleid?
A: Je hebt 14 dagen na ontvangst om te herroepen, ook bij sale-artikelen. Ook geopende, ongebruikte nagels mogen terug. Jij betaalt de retourkosten als je van gedachten bent veranderd; wij betalen als het artikel kapot, beschadigd of verkeerd is.

Q: Hoe kan ik mijn bestelling volgen?
A: Zodra je bestelling is verzonden, ontvang je een tracking nummer per e-mail. Gebruik het om de reis van je pakket te volgen!

> Popink is a Dutch online shop for press-on nails: ready-to-wear artificial nails you can easily apply yourself at home, without a salon. With adhesive tabs no UV lamp is needed; UV gel tabs and solid gel glue cure under a UV/LED lamp. The range covers trendy sets for every occasion, from everyday to festive.

All sets are handmade and reusable with proper care. Glue and adhesive tabs are not included; they are sold separately in Accessories. The shop is available in Dutch, English, German and French and ships to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and the rest of the EU. Orders ship within 24 hours on business days.

### Frequently asked questions

Q: How long do Popink nails last?
A: It depends on your application method! Using the sticky tabs (perfect for a night out) will last 1-2 days. If you use our nail glue and follow the prep guide properly, they can stay on for 2-3 weeks. We're talking gym-proof, typing-proof, and life-proof.

Q: Are they reusable?
A: Yes! If you use sticky tabs, you can reuse them infinitely. If you use glue, you can buff off the dried glue from the back of the press-on with a file or e-file to reuse them. Treat them nicely, and they'll stick around.

Q: How do I know my size?
A: Measure your natural nails with tape and a ruler using our Size Guide. Sets come in sizes XS-L.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently ship to the Netherlands and most EU countries. We're working on expanding our reach soon. Check our Shipping page for specific rates.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: We process orders faster than a speed-run. If you need to make changes, email us at hello@popink.nl within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, it might already be packed!

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders ship within 24 hours on business days. Delivery then takes 1–2 business days in the Netherlands, 3–7 business days to Germany and Belgium, and 3–7 business days to the rest of the EU.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You can withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order, sale items included. Opened but unused nails can be returned too. You pay the return shipping if you changed your mind; we pay if an item is damaged or wrong.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to follow your package's journey!
